If your party is listed within the top 5, stay nearby because once notified you only have a 10 minute grace to arrive before moving on to the next party! A few friendly reminders: We will not sit incomplete parties, and we will not hold tables if your party does not arrive within your allotted 10 minute grace period (your party may be at risk of being bumped or removed from the waitlist).

Signature Tonkotsu
We at Ramen Head have a deep rooted love for Ramen. We honor this timeless dish by making our broth the old fashion way, with high quality ingredients, love, and A LOT of time. This RH Signature Tonkotsu broth has a higher density, full bodied flavors, and is silky smooth. This bowl is layered with thin ramen noodles, a whole portion of house marinated (free range) egg, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori (seaweed), naruto (fish cake), and finally topped off with our 20 hour braised chasu (pork belly).
To create the perfect bowl of ramen, there are three things that must dance in harmony which are the noodles, broth, and toppings. All are important, but at Ramen Head we believe it’s the broth that defines the bowl’s flavor!
We specialize in Tonkotsu style ramen broth. Tonkotsu, ramen made with a pork bone broth, and is one of the most popular choices among ramens. It is a traditional choice ramen loved for its creamy and salty tastes. And because it is a classic selection, it is the perfect starting point for new ramen eaters.
What makes our broth so special is the quality of ingredients and the amount of time we put into it. This broth is specially prepared by boiling the bones for a very large amount of time. With love, patience, and time the broth cooks until we can add our special seasonings, thus creating a thick and creamy umami tonkotsu broth that is sure to satisfy your soul!

2. We will NOT sit any incomplete parties. If it is your turn and your party is not all present your party will be skipped and your table given to the next party.
3. Parties are sat following the order of the waitlist and table opening availability.
4. To efficiently keep the list moving, remain outside door when TOP 5.
4. We will verbally call your name when we are ready for you AND text you afterwards if not present. Once texted you only have a 10 minute grace period to arrive before moving on to the next party.
5. Although you're not Top 5, you may be next! If a party is not present within 10 minutes of being notified, we skip to the next complete party following the list order. YOUR NAME IS REMOVED AFTER OUR 10 MINUTE GRACE IF NOT PRESENT.
6. If not present during first call, The host will call names following the list order once more after 5 minutes. At the 10 minute mark you will be removed from waitlist if not present. If you wish to still dine, you will have to be re-added to the waitlist and rejoin at the end of the line.
RAMEN HEAD POLICIES -
-We do not seat incomplete parties.
- We may not seat in list order to accommodate both small and larger parties.
- Your name will be removed from the waitlist 10 minutes after we text you - No exceptions.
- If your table is ready and your entire party is not complete, we hold your table for 5 minutes. Your place is still held in line and you will be sat when your party is complete/present as soon as another table becomes available to best accommodate your party size.
